About The Position

Requirements

• Have a real estate photography portfolio demonstrating the ability to capture spaces effectively.
• Have professional photography equipment, including a high-quality wide-angle lens and a 360-degree camera compatible with Zillow.
• Have advanced photo-editing skills.
• Have an updated mobile device capable of capturing clear, detailed images for on-site walkthrough reports.
• Have excellent written communication skills and a professional demeanor when representing Ziprent/TurboTenant.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Have a flexible schedule to handle multiple shoots per month.
• Live within 35 miles of the Odessa/Midland market area.
• Complete a background check and sign an independent contractor agreement.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with FHA and housing compliance, including smoke alarms and CO detectors.
• Ability to use modern tools and efficient processes to streamline documentation, reporting, and day-to-day tasks.
• Comfort learning property management software.
• Use of modern tools to streamline editing or reporting workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, including noticing maintenance issues such as loose door handles or flickering lights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 15–25 or more professionally edited, high-quality interior and exterior property photos.
• Capture Zillow 3D tours and digital floor plans using a 360-degree camera.
• Perform initial property walkthroughs and submit comprehensive condition reports.
• Manage keys and smart lockboxes, including pickup, installation, and battery maintenance.
• Respond promptly to new assignments and complete reports and deliverables within 24 hours.
• Travel to properties within the local market and surrounding region as needed.
