About The Position

Ziprent, a subsidiary of TurboTenant, is seeking an independent contractor to provide real estate photography and field operations support in the Corpus Christi, Texas market. The role creates polished digital listings for rental properties through professional interior and exterior photography, Zillow 3D tours, and digital floor plans. It also includes property walkthroughs and condition reporting, smart lockbox installation and maintenance, and key management.

The contractor works independently, responds promptly to assignments, and completes reports and deliverables within 24 hours. Work is assigned on an as-needed basis, with the number of requests varying by market; most markets average 3–10 or more jobs per month. Candidates should be comfortable with limited assignments initially as the market and workload grow, and must live within 35 miles of the market area. The role involves travel within a 35–50+ mile radius, with compensation for qualifying travel beyond 35 miles each way.

The position requires a background check and signing an independent contractor agreement. Compensation is $225–$325 or more per listing appointment depending on property size and scope, $50 per hour for additional as-needed tasks, and $30–$60 per lockbox pickup depending on distance. Travel beyond the stated threshold is reimbursed at $1.20 per mile. The posting also lists a salary range of $1–$100,000 USD.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver 15–25 or more professionally edited, high-quality interior and exterior photographs for rental listings.
• Capture Zillow 3D tours and digital floor plans using a compatible 360-degree camera.
• Perform initial property walkthroughs and submit comprehensive condition reports.
• Manage keys, including picking up, installing, and maintaining the batteries of smart lockboxes.
• Respond promptly to new assignments and complete reports and deliverables within 24 hours.
• Travel within the local market and surrounding region to support property assignments.
