About The Position
PlanOmatic provides professional real estate photography and 3D tours for the single-family rental industry. The Rental Property Photographer photographs residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours. Most assignments take 30–60 minutes on-site. Photographers upload their work through the company app, while the editing team handles post-production and client delivery. This is flexible, part-time freelance work with no client-facing pressure. Most packages pay $35–$75 per property.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience.
- Submit a portfolio or sample work with the application.
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash.
- Comfort working independently and meeting turnaround deadlines.
- DSLR or mirrorless camera.
- Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS).
- Off-camera flash with diffuser.
- Tripod.
- Apple or Android device with memory card reader.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Photographer's liability insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Real estate, architectural, or interior photography experience is strongly preferred.
