Rental Property Photographer - Corpus Christi
About The Position
PlanOmatic provides professional real estate photography and 3D tours for the single-family rental industry. The Rental Property Photographer will photograph residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours. Most assignments take 30–60 minutes on-site. The photographer uploads work through PlanOmatic’s app; the company’s editing team handles post-production and client delivery. This is flexible, part-time freelance work intended to fill gaps in a photographer’s schedule, with straightforward assignments and no client-facing pressure. Compensation is typically $35–$75 per property.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience.
- Submit a portfolio or sample work with the application.
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash.
- Ability to work independently and meet turnaround deadlines.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Photographer’s liability insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Real estate, architectural, or interior photography experience is strongly preferred.
