About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Corpus Christi, Texas. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer service role in which the Broista is the face of Dutch Bros. Broistas connect with customers, provide positive and welcoming service, prepare quality drinks efficiently, and support their crew through busy shifts. The role requires working on your feet for shifts of up to 10 hours and being prepared to work in varying weather conditions. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help Broistas meet company standards. The company describes opportunities for career growth within shops, headquarters, the Emerging Talent Program, and warehouse and fulfillment operations. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $7.25 per hour; actual tips may vary and are not guaranteed.
