About The Position

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons, about 15 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Nice To Haves

• Support to obtain RBT certification is offered through Step Ahead.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in supervision, including QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Collaborate with BCBA for treatment plan implementation and handoff.
