About The Position
The Radiology Technologist I performs routine diagnostic radiographs and is responsible for performing minor interventional procedures under the supervision of a radiologist and/or licensed fluoroscopic supervisor. Entity Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA)
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
- 0-2 years work experience.
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
