About The Position

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate politely and respectfully with coworkers, patients, and guests.
• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous, welcoming manner.
• Recognize when others need assistance and offer help when workload permits.
• Transport patients to and from imaging services and patient rooms when necessary.
• Read radiologist reports daily and verify that the order matches the exam and the side.
• Ensure addendums are sent to the radiologist.
• Check daily mail and fax logs, and monitor the hand hygiene log.
• Act as Imaging Services secretary when needed, including answering phones and scheduling patients as necessary.
