About The Position

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical preparation and practices
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and clinical judgment
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and locations
• Proficiency in pharmacy systems and software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over work
• Proactive in identifying and escalating workflow, order, or process-related issues
• Able to maintain composure and accuracy under pressure

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of pharmacist experience preferred
• long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness, including drug selection, dosage, and potential interactions
• Maintain accurate patient profiles, including medical history, lab data, and concurrent medications
• Ensure appropriate lab monitoring for high-risk conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team as needed
• Maintain all required documentation in compliance with federal, state, and company policies
• Report medication-related errors to the Pharmacist in Charge
• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and quality assurance initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
