Upon receipt of the permit, the role expands to core responsibilities including placing and transporting packaged medications, refilling patient cassettes, restocking automated dispensing machines, managing IV fluids, performing light housekeeping, preparing IV admixtures and sterile items, filling floor stock requests, assisting with inventory logs, managing pharmacy charges, and handling medication receiving and shelving. The role also involves maintaining IV room stock, filing physician orders, managing Controlled Dangerous Substances inventory, and participating in daily physical counts.
