About The Position

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Patient Care credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date OR Patient Care credentialed from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate clinical and non-clinical support, assisting patients with daily living activities (ADLs) and safe mobility to enhance overall comfort, dignity, and recovery.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions, promptly communicating critical updates to the nursing staff to ensure immediate and continuous quality care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring complete data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards.
• Oversee care environment optimization by maintaining clean, organized patient rooms and ensuring medical equipment is sanitized, functional, and ready for clinical use.
