Requirements
- Bachelor degree or Paralegal Certification is required
- Three to five years legal experience in a probate, estate planning or business transactional practice
- Extensive experience in electronic document management and database management
- Knowledge of probate court process, procedures and rules
- Ability to prioritize and manage a large work volume in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and employees at all levels of the firm
- Team member who participates in shared office duties and requirements
- Stable employment history
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and other legal software applications)
