HealthPro Heritage has a great Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) opportunity in Mishawaka and Goshen, IN, providing services to our amazing Assisted Living communities, dedicated to helping seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life! Flexible Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN schedules available to split between Mishawaka and Goshen facilities, or part-time/PRN at whichever works best for you! Hourly rates between $48–$60/hour depending on schedule and experience. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Assistance for Full-Time. Silver Birch of Mishawaka: Beautiful Assisted Living facility.
