About The Position
HealthPlus Staffing is assisting an outpatient Primary Care clinic with their search for a NP or PA to join their team in Escondido, CA Job Title: NP/PA – Outpatient Clinic Location: Desert Hot Springs, CA (On-site) Compensation: $168,000-$178,000/yr + 10k New hire bonus for 5 days 8 hour weeks Schedule: Full-time
Requirements
- Active CA NP or PA license
- DEA + BLS required
- Minimum 1 year experience
- NP: ANCC/AANP certified
- PA: NCCPA certified
Nice To Haves
- Spanish & EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care
- Perform exams, diagnose, treat, prescribe
- Order/interpret labs & diagnostics
- Document timely in EMR
- Collaborate with clinic team
