About The Position
Satori Mortgage is seeking a self-generating Mortgage Loan Officer to join their national team of 50+ producing loan officers. This role is ideal for individuals who generate their own business through referral relationships, agent partnerships, personal brand, or outbound efforts, and who focus on closing what they start. The company emphasizes a supportive, collaborative environment where team members help each other, unlike traditional industry experiences. Satori Mortgage offers a brokerage and correspondent lending model, providing extensive lending power and options without corporate bureaucracy. They provide real-time support, coaching, training, and access to leadership who are still actively originating loans. The role is 100% commission-based, with no income caps, and focuses on developing a business that can thrive in any market. Satori Mortgage, founded in 2006, operates with a performance-driven culture and a commitment to supporting its team members.

Responsibilities
- Generate your own business through referral relationships, agent partnerships, personal brand, or outbound efforts.
- Close opportunities and turn them into funded loans.
- Participate in Bootcamp Sessions and ongoing development programs.
- Collaborate with a national community of loan officers to share strategies and market insights.
- Utilize AI tools and training, including custom GPTs and an Agent AI Masterclass.
- Work with a pod leader for support on borrower calls and agent/builder Zooms.
- Service loans from beginning to end.
