Entry-Level Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant

About The Position
Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history, is hiring for entry-level auto roles. These positions are based in Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers and offer a competitive wage, amazing perks, and training programs for skill and pay progression. Available entry-level roles include Detailer, Lot Attendant, Photobooth Associate, and Inspection Associate. Carvana's mission is to provide first-rate vehicles to customers, ensuring they are inspected, perfected, and photographed before being listed on the website.
Requirements
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to work while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Willingness to use safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Responsibilities
- Detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing (Detailer)
- Moving vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers (Lot Attendant)
- Taking photos of vehicles for customer viewing in spinners (Photobooth Associate)
- Inspecting the interior and exterior of vehicles and accurately identifying any imperfections/defects (Inspection Associate)
