About The Position

Kapco Inc. is looking for a Material Handler on our 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility. This role involves handling in-plant materials, picking up and delivering raw materials, work in process inventory, and packaging supplies to and from presses and shipping areas. The Material Handler will also load coils, return identified materials to proper inventory locations, dispose of scrap, and perform necessary identification and inventory paperwork. Successful completion of a forklift certification program is required, along with practicing safe and alert material handling at all times. Responsibilities include performing pre-shift maintenance checks of designated forklift equipment and associated record keeping, planning for the movement of needed parts and material for production, and keeping all materials and products neat and organized. The role also involves assisting production operators with timely delivery of products and containers, as needed, and performing other duties as assigned.
