About The Position
The Master Electrician Senior will work in support of the C5ISR Headquarters and subordinate directorates at Aberdeen Proving Ground MD. Individual will be working on a government site with the customer and associated contractors as part of the C5ISR Facilities team.
Requirements
- An Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Experienced in operating/maintaining complex systems/equipment
- Must possess demonstrated experience in providing electrical support, maintenance and sustainment for major facility systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code.
- Systems may include but are not limited to electronic systems/equipment electromagnetic radiation (RF) spectrum communications systems; HF/MF/LF/VLF transmits/ receives antennas and tower structures.
- AS/AA or 2 Year Tech School w/ 8 years experience or HS/GED w/ 12 years experience
- Licensed Maryland State Master Electrician
Responsibilities
- Ability to identify and correct system/equipment problems.
- Interprets manufactures reference and technical manuals.
- Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance to system components.
- Provides technical supervision and training to lower level technicians
