About The Position

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure the reliability of production equipment within our PCBA manufacturing facility. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Maintenance Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently while assisting this Maintenance Department as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a PCBA, SMT, or high-volume manufacturing environment required
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems
  • Experience maintaining SMT equipment including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI systems, and related production equipment preferred
  • Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies
  • Experience using CMMS or maintenance management software preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in a production environment for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Previous supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Maintenance Technicians supporting PCBA and SMT production equipment
  • Assign work orders and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and support production schedules
  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for SMT equipment including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, wave soldering systems, AOI equipment, conveyors, and supporting facility equipment
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and provide technical leadership to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues
  • Monitor equipment performance, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and other maintenance KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact to production
  • Support installation, commissioning, validation, and startup of new equipment and production lines
  • Ensure maintenance work is properly documented within the CMMS or maintenance tracking system
  • Maintain adequate spare parts inventory and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure critical components are available
  • Train, mentor, and develop Maintenance Technicians on equipment operation, troubleshooting, safety procedures, and maintenance best practices
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and environmental requirements
  • Support Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness
  • Assist with vendor coordination for equipment repairs, maintenance services, and equipment upgrades
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities for recurring equipment failures
  • Support calibration activities for manufacturing equipment and measurement devices as required
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and department reports
  • Other Duties as assigned
