We are looking for individuals who are passionate about cooking, hard-working, polished, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have extensive food knowledge, strong knife skills, and the ability to handle a high-volume atmosphere while maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency. You will support the service team to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner and maintain kitchen cleanliness, follow FIFO, and adhere to all safety and proper food service and storage measures. You will execute and maintain the quality and consistency of food with full adherence to recipes, timing, and company standards, and follow all kitchen schedules, par lists, prep lists, and opening/closing procedures.
