About The Position
AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) for contract work at Central California Women's Facility (CCWF) / Valley State Prison (VSP) in Chowchilla, California. The assignment pays $60 per hour and is expected to start as soon as possible. The schedule will be shared upon contact and consists of 8-hour shifts. A background check, facility security clearance, TB test, and health clearances are required.
Requirements
- Active California Licensed Psychiatric Technician license through BVNPT.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Background check and facility security clearance.
- TB test and health clearances.

- Correctional, behavioral health, or acute care experience.
