About The Position
The Garden-Ville Laborer performs general maintenance tasks at the Garden-Ville sites.
Requirements
- At least six months experience operating large trucks
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Available to work scheduled shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Valid Class C driver’s license
- Safe driving record for the last three years
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or its equivalent
Responsibilities
- Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to include High Visibility clothing.
- Fuel and service the equipment.
- Move product in dump trucks to onsite locations, as directed by management.
- Operate vehicles and equipment, such as water trucks, pickups, dump trucks, mowers and trimming equipment.
- Take and record windrow temperatures.
- Inform the Site Manager about any observed issues.
- Comply with company safety policies and with Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations
- Other duties as assigned.
