About The Position

The Garden-Ville Laborer performs general maintenance tasks at the Garden-Ville sites.

Requirements

• At least six months experience operating large trucks
• Verbal and written fluency in English
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Available to work scheduled shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Valid Class C driver’s license
• Safe driving record for the last three years

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Responsibilities

• Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to include High Visibility clothing.
• Fuel and service the equipment.
• Move product in dump trucks to onsite locations, as directed by management.
• Operate vehicles and equipment, such as water trucks, pickups, dump trucks, mowers and trimming equipment.
• Take and record windrow temperatures.
• Inform the Site Manager about any observed issues.
• Comply with company safety policies and with Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations
• Other duties as assigned.
