About The Position
Saluda Hill Landscapes is a nationally recognized Top 150 landscape company specializing in commercial landscaping services. We operate across three divisions: Production Landscaping, Landscape Construction, and Grounds Maintenance. We are looking for a motivated Landscape Lead Laborer & Driver who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the landscape industry.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of landscape maintenance experience
- 1+ year of hardscape installation experience
- 1+ year of irrigation experience
- 1+ year of heavy equipment operation experience
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape installation and maintenance services
- Safely transport crew members to and from job sites
- Operate equipment ranging from handheld tools to heavy machinery
- Follow daily schedules and work plans
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
