About The Position
Clean Harbors Kimball, NE Welding Fabrication Shop is seeking a Facility Technician - Welding Shop. This role performs hands-on operations such as operating a sand blast unit, painting with a sprayer and hand rolling or brush, materials loading and unloading, utilizing a forklift, and utilizing shop equipment as required (e.g., saws, shears, press, iron worker, drill press, etc.). This is a great opportunity for a recent HS grad (18 yrs) to gain hands-on experience and learn the welding trades.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to gain hands-on experience
- Willingness to learn welding trades

Responsibilities
- Operate a sand blast unit
- Paint with a sprayer and hand rolling or brush
- Load and unload materials
- Utilize a forklift
- Utilize shop equipment such as saws, shears, press, iron worker, drill press, etc.
