About The Position
Massey Services is seeking to hire Outside Sales Inspectors to join their team. This role involves building long-term, trusting relationships with customers, growing the business through sales, and controlling expenses to ensure profitability. The position requires inspecting customer homes to determine service needs, preparing and presenting proposals, and generating sales leads through networking, cold calling, and telephone prospecting. Accurate and timely completion of sales-related paperwork is also a key responsibility. No prior industry experience is required, as the company offers a comprehensive paid training program.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
Nice To Haves
- Prior outside sales experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Building Long-Term, Trusting relationships with our Customers
