About The Position

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of clinical experience in an acute care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home care services to patients.
• Provide care within the scope of practice and as ordered by the physician.
• Follow policies and procedures and regularly report to the nursing supervisor.
• Facilitate implementation of the care plan as outlined by the physician.
• Complete required documentation related to care delivered.
