About The Position

We help customers achieve impactful, sustainable results with a commitment to safety, community, and environmental responsibility. We are looking for a Painter to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and or a track record of professional success in the paint industry. This position is high visibility, requiring excellent communication skills, ability to take direction, follow processes and produce consistent results.
Requirements
- Must have knowledge of equipment and tools required to perform safe entry for blasting.
- Must perform and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
- 5 years of industrial painting experience required
Nice To Haves
- High-school diploma or general education degree (GED) would be preferred not required.
Responsibilities
- Apply a variety of abrasive blasting techniques for surface preparation.
- Apply a variety or paints and specialty coatings.
- Interpret job work orders to perform required work.
- Notify Supervisor of any materials and/or equipment required to ensure completion of job tasks.
- Interact with crew members in a team environment, as well as with Supervisor.
- Follow all safety rules, keep the work area clean, and comply with all Environmental, Health and Safety Policies.
- Comply with quality standards by following all in-house quality processes and procedures and regulations as well as any client-specific procedures.
- Ensure customer quality assurance standards are met.
- Perform any other duties as assigned such as special projects.
