About The Position
Our Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages directly to Guests seated in the bar and cocktail area. They also prepare beverages for servers and cocktail servers who place beverage orders for Guests seated in the cocktail area and dining room. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, which they call The Maggiano's Way. Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered the idea of 'casual dining' and Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a special slice of Italian American tradition. The company emphasizes sharing and helping others, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund. The Front of the House team, which includes Bartenders, aims to welcome Guests into a slice of Italian Americana and make them feel special, working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving beverages directly to Guests seated in the bar and cocktail area
- Preparing beverages for servers and cocktail servers who place beverage orders for Guests seated in the cocktail area and dining room
