About The Position
A McDonald’s Lobby Attendant is a front-of-house role that supports the restaurant’s operations and customer experience in the lobby area. This position is often part of the broader Crew Member team, which also includes cashier, cook, and other service roles. Lobby Attendants work in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting where they interact with a variety of guests, including children and families. The role requires both front-of-house service skills and back-of-house support duties, making it a versatile position within the McDonald’s crew team. In summary: A McDonald’s Lobby Attendant is a key support role that blends customer service, food prep assistance, and cleaning duties to keep the restaurant’s lobby and dining areas running smoothly and welcoming for guests.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist with orders, and provide a friendly, respectful experience.
- Help with prep tasks such as frying, nugget cooking, fish, chicken, and other menu items when needed.
- Ensure the lobby and dining areas are well-stocked with food, drink bags, sauces, and other supplies.
- Mop floors, clean restrooms, wipe down tables and kiosks, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Clean and maintain game tables, playland areas, and other customer spaces.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely manner.
- Assist other crew members, including fry cooks, during busy periods.
- Help with special events, birthday parties, and seasonal activities.
