About The Position

The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.

Requirements

  • Must be experienced in transfers.
  • 1 yr+ caregiving experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with bed bathing, changing, personal care.
  • Provide transfer from bed to chair.
  • Provide assistance with basic activities of daily living, provide companionship.
  • Perform homemaking activities which include: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Provide companionship and respite services for family.
  • Medication Assistance Services (with RN supervision and delegation)
