About The Position

Village Caregiving is seeking responsible and dedicated in-home caregivers, CNAs, STNAs, and MAs to assist veterans and the elderly with activities of daily living (ADLs). This position has an immediate need in the Rochester, MN area and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible schedules and a supportive, family-like atmosphere. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, STNA, or MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance to aging adults in their home.
• Communicate effectively with clients and office support staff.
• Report emergencies appropriately.
• Ensure compassionate and comforting care to the elderly.
• Accurately report time and client updates.
• Ensure organized and timely work.
• Complete caregiver care sheets.
• Provide support to the elderly through assistance in ADL's.
• Transfer/ambulation assistance.
• Grooming.
• Light housekeeping.
• Running errands.
• Meal preparation.
