Redbud Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Part Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team! This role involves managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation. The Front Desk Medical Receptionist will also be responsible for answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.
