About The Position
The Forklift Operator will perform warehousing duties to ensure food quality, food safety, and personnel safety are achieved. This role involves operating a forklift to manage materials for production, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, and adhering to strict shipping, receiving, and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to GMP’s and Food Safety Policies, Occupational Safety Policies maintain a safe work environment.
- Operate forklift to stage, store, load, and unload materials required for Production.
- Report Food Safety, Quality and Occupational Safety concerns area leads and to shift lead.
- Maintain the warehouse and freezer in a clean and free of obstacles condition.
- Closely understand and adhere to all Shipping & Receiving procedures including, but not limited to, allergen separation, product identification, and cleaning and sanitation.
- Assist Warehouse Manager with physical inventory counts
- Break down pallets as necessary.
- Perform sanitation duties as needed.
- Perform Master Cleaning Schedule duties as needed
- Make process improvement suggestions.
- Properly dispose of waste material and used packaging supplies.
- Record quality data such as weights, lot numbers, temperature checks, etc. and directed by the Warehouse Manager or Quality Department
- Assist other employees as needed to complete tasks.
