About The Position

This role is for a D Cut Floor Engineering Tech. The position requires a thorough knowledge of department components, including the location of switches, valves, and controls. The technician must possess basic tool knowledge and be capable of performing minor maintenance tasks such as bearing replacement, chain setting, oil/lube maintenance, and minor troubleshooting. The job also involves working overhead on ladders or scaffolding, stooping or bending below knee level, and carrying out assignments with minimal supervision. Proficiency in using precision instruments like torque wrenches, dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers is necessary. The technician will be responsible for dismantling, identifying, repairing, and returning all types of department machinery to service in a timely manner. Other duties as required will also be part of the role.
