We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide immediate and critical care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department. The ER RN will assess, triage, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent medical conditions, including trauma, cardiac events, respiratory distress, and pediatric emergencies. The ideal candidate must be confident in high-acuity situations, capable of rapid clinical decision-making, and experienced in managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, trauma stabilization, monitoring critical patients, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families regarding treatment plans. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and delivering high-quality care under pressure.
