Requirements

• Able to adjust machine settings with accuracy
• Strong math skills and great attention to detail
• Good mechanical skills — comfortable working with tools and equipment
• Able to read and understand written instructions
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run machines like the die cutting press, labeler, and encoder, following job instructions and company quality rules
• Do regular maintenance on the machines to keep them running well
• Check the paper to make sure it’s the right size, color, type, and amount
• Watch for mistakes or problems during the job and fix them if needed
• Do special quality checks for jobs that use RFID tags
• Help the press operator with packing and preparing finished products
• Work with your team to plan and adjust the schedule if jobs or deadlines change
• Follow all safety rules and make sure you’re using the equipment safely
