About The Position

Requirements

• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing
• American Heart Association BLS required
• One-year clinical experience required
• CPI initial for new hires to be completed within the introductory period, and renewal every 18 months.

Nice To Haves

• BSN or MSN graduates preferred
• Two (2) years ED experience preferred for per diem positions
• National Certification in specialty area preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment, determines priority of care and provides any immediate interventions
• Analyzes assessment data
• Formulates and implements plan of care
• Evaluates for effectiveness in collaboration with medical staff and in accordance with the policies and procedures of IHN.
