About The Position
The Flowery is a leading cannabis cultivation and production company committed to quality, sustainability, and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Electrician Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems and equipment throughout our facilities. The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; electrical or trade school training is a plus.
- Previous electrical, maintenance, or skilled-trade experience.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, lighting, motors, and controls.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform physical/manual labor and lift heavy objects.
Nice To Haves
- electrical or trade school training is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installation of electrical systems and equipment.
- Maintain electrical panels, wiring, outlets, lighting, motors, controls, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues affecting cultivation, HVAC, irrigation, pumps, production equipment, and facility systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Assist with facility projects, renovations, and equipment installations.
- Use electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow applicable electrical codes, OSHA requirements, and company policies.
- Communicate maintenance needs and project status to supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of general maintenance.
- Local travel between locations may be required.
