About The Position

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on interest in the trades.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Willingness to work hard and take direction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and carry equipment 250 feet unassisted.
• Ability to use ladders and hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and tight areas.
• Ability to tolerate dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant smells.
• Ability to stand or work on concrete or uneven surfaces for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with residential service work and installations.
• Observe and learn proper techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and vehicle.
• Wear floor savers and protect client property during visits.
• Handle tools, materials, and documentation as directed.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and development activities.
• Represent Absolute Electric professionally at all times.
