About The Position

The HVAC Apprentice works hands-on alongside expert technicians to learn HVAC maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and inspections. The role combines classroom education with real-world experience and teaches apprentices to serve residential and commercial clients professionally. The position is intended to support development into a certified HVAC professional. The apprentice reports daily to Rocky Mount, Virginia.

Requirements

• At least 19 years old.
• At least 3 years of driving experience and an acceptable, clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background.
• Humility, drive, honesty, and an outgoing personality.
• Clean, presentable appearance and respectful communication style.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles safely and work in various weather conditions while following safety protocols.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced technicians to learn HVAC maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and inspections.
• Combine classroom education with hands-on work experience.
