The Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN)/Registered Dietician (RD), provides high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery in an ambulatory care setting. The RN/RD coordinates and facilitates education of the diabetes patient outpatient population, by acting as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff. Our team consists of experienced endocrinologists, physicians in fellowship training, physician residents, registered dieticians/diabetic educators, pharmacists, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative professionals who work collaboratively to deliver comprehensive preventive, chronic, and acute care services.
