About The Position

Tucson Subaru is seeking motivated individuals for a hands-on Detailer role, offering an excellent opportunity to launch a long-term automotive career. The Detailer will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and reconditioning both the interior and exterior of customer vehicles, which is crucial for customer satisfaction and dealership success. This position is viewed as a career starting point, with potential for growth into roles such as Automotive Technicians, Service Advisors, and other leadership positions within the dealership. The ideal candidate should have prior detailing experience, a strong work ethic, and a positive, team-focused attitude, eager to learn, build skills, and grow with a respected dealership.

Requirements

  • Driver’s License
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Automotive Detailing Experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Washing, polishing, buffing, cleaning, and vacuuming vehicles
  • Clean and sanitize interior and exterior of vehicles
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace
