About The Position
Diehl Subaru of Massillon is looking for an experienced Flat Rate Automotive Detailer to join their growing team. This role is for individuals who take pride in producing showroom-quality vehicles, work efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Requirements
- Previous automotive detailing experience is required
- Flat-rate dealership detailing experience preferred
- Ability to produce high-quality work while maintaining efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Perform complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Buff, polish, wax, and apply protective coatings as needed
- Shampoo carpets and upholstery
- Clean engine compartments and door jambs
- Remove minor surface imperfections and prepare vehicles for delivery
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Diehl quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
