Requirements

Clean driving record with valid driver’s license.
Proven experience as an automotive detailer, with a strong emphasis on luxury brands such as Mercedes-Benz
Extensive knowledge of vehicle surfaces, materials, and finishes.
Proficiency in using detailing tools, equipment, and products.
Ability to identify and rectify paint imperfections and interior blemishes.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for automobiles.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough and meticulous interior and exterior detailing of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and cleaning.
Use industry-leading techniques and products to restore and maintain the aesthetic and mechanical condition of vehicles.
Safely and efficiently operate detailing equipment, such as buffers, steam cleaners, and pressure washers.
Inspect vehicles for imperfections, such as scratches, dents, or stains, and address them appropriately.
Apply protective coatings, sealants, and treatments to preserve the vehicles' finish and appearance.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are prepared to the highest standards for customer deliveries and events.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored and handled.
Continuously stay updated on Mercedes-Benz detailing standards and techniques to provide exceptional service.
