Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas within the correctional facility.
• Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, common areas, hallways, visitation areas, and other designated spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash according to facility standards.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by following proper cleaning procedures.
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and other necessary items.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely while following company and facility guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual situations to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow all security procedures and facility rules while working inside the correctional environment.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Work as a team with supervisors, facility staff, and coworkers to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within the required schedule.
