About The Position
Grand Meadow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Cook / Dietary Aide to join their team in Mabel, MN. The role involves providing high-quality, person-centered care by preparing and serving nutritious and enjoyable meals for residents in a warm and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a kitchen setting and making a difference in the lives of others.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous kitchen or food service experience required
- Basic knowledge of cooking methods and food safety practices
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals while following established food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas, and storage spaces
- Receive and properly store food and supplies
- Ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule
- Interact with residents, guests, and team members in a friendly and professional manner
