About The Position
Manages patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of durable supplies and services. Provides information to customers about company products. Acts as a liaison between customers and the company regarding supply sales. Receives and processes patient reimbursement information from patients, physicians, hospitals, and third party payors. Coordinates patient information and services to ensure clean claims.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent.
- 1 year Customer Service required.
- 4 to 6 months clerical skills required.
Nice To Haves
- Medical terminology strongly preferred.
