About The Position
Greet visitors and ensure proper sign-in procedure and issue visitor badges. Answer all incoming and internal telephone calls and direct to appropriate parties/extensions. Provide tours with necessary paperwork and notify Marketing staff. Give breaks to main concierge for the AM and PM shift. Call managers when visitors are in the lobby. Ensure that there is orderly traffic in the lobby area. Observe lobby and report any area that needs attention to appropriate staff. Maintain and update Marketing Brochures, Hand Outs and other files. Make copies, file, and complete other tasks as assigned.

- Must possess a friendly and warm personality.
- Must be able to clearly communicate with residents, families and visitors.
