About The Position
TheKey is currently hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Hialeah and surrounding areas. This role offers top pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career development while making a meaningful impact on the lives of aging adults. TheKey is committed to providing exceptional support to its caregivers and a high level of service to its clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
- Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Must comply with state background screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Providing companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Driving clients to appointments and running errands.
- Performing light housekeeping duties such as basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
